These are beautiful and not badly priced.
I am a fan of the subscription concept, but I rarely have enough up front money to make it work for me. What an excellent gift idea...
That reminds me, I have to reup my subscription to the fantastic and awesome VQR. You should get one too.

Thanks for the plug, Carrie. :) If your subscription hasn't yet expired, the Winter 2007 issue should be in the mail right now. It is -- if I may say so -- a totally awesome issue, probably my favorite ever. I've read all the articles as I've added them to our website, and I think it rocks.
