Oh I love how these books by her look - my favourite being "HELL" - now you got me wanting to read them... Coincidence? I think it's a gadget that comes with the book!
Last night, I had hoped to make shortbread, using a recipe which called for "butter softened to the texture of mayonaise or whipped cream." Sadly, my home was cold enough that the butter, left to reach room temperature all day, still took a moment to melt when slathered on hot toast.
